2024 Audi Q8 SUV Launched In India With Updated Looks And Features: Here Is All You Need To Know

German automaker Audi has today introduced the latest version of its flagship SUV Q8 in the Indian market. The company has launched the 2024 Q8 SUV in India with an ex-showroom price tag of Rs 1.17 crore. This latest iteration of Audi’s flagship SUV has been introduced with updated interiors, exteriors and features. The company had commenced bookings for the same earlier this month.

Launching the 2024 Q8 in India the company shared that this SUV boasts short front and rear overhang which also helps in incorporating a longer wheelbase. The update to the exterior includes - new single frame front grille, new air intake grille and spoiler, 2D signature emblems, new HD Matrix LED headlights with laser beam and X-shaped design, Panoramic sunroof, frameless doors, R21 alloy wheels and red brake callipers.

On the inside this SUV features dual-screen setup with 10.09-inch and 8.59-inch digital infotainment systems, aero-acoustics, haptic and acoustic feedback, 730W 17-speaker B&O sound system, 12.29-inch instrument cluster, electronically adjustable front seats with memory function, front seats with electrically adjustable lumbar support, wireless charging and leather and leatherette upholstery.

In terms of safety the 2024 Audi Q8 features advanced safety features like Audi pre-sense, 8-airbags, ESC and more. The new Q8 houses a 3.0 L TFSI engine which churns out 340 bhp and 500 Nm of torque. This engine is mated to a 8-speed tiptronic transmission. It also features mild hybrid technology consisting of a 48V system tuned for enhancing performance and efficiency. It also features the company’s signature Quattro all-wheel drive system. It can accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in 5.6 seconds and it has a top speed of 250 kmph. It also features 6 drive modes.

At the launch of the 2024 Q8 SUV the company also shared a new landmark for the company in the Indian market. The company stated that it has crossed the 1 lakh sales mark in the Indian market in about 15 years of its presence in the Indian market.
