Audi India Introduces 10-Year Extended Warranty and 15-Year Roadside Assistance Across Entire Line-Up
Audi India has launched an enhanced vehicle support program, featuring a 10-year extended warranty and a roadside assistance service lasting up to 15 years. The extended warranty covers manufacturing defects for up to 200,000 kilometers and allows one- or two-year extensions. The roadside assistance program provides 24/7 support, including towing and emergency aid, with costs ranging from Rs 3,999 to Rs 8,000. This initiative aims to strengthen customer relationships and enhance service standards, benefiting both new and existing Audi owners.

Audi India has introduced an updated vehicle support program offering customers the option of a 10-year extended warranty and up to 15 years of roadside assistance. These services are available across the company’s entire model range in India.
Extended Warranty Details
The extended warranty is available as a value-added option that will cover manufacturing defects for up to 10 years or 200,000 kilometers from the date of sale. Customers can choose between one-year and two-year extensions beyond the original warranty. This service can be purchased either during the vehicle delivery or before the current warranty expires.
Roadside Assistance Program
Audi’s revised roadside assistance service now offers up to 15 years of emergency support. The program includes 24/7 assistance for vehicle breakdowns, towing services, technical support for minor issues and other emergency aid such as battery boost, tyre help, spare key delivery and fuel support. Costs range between Rs 3,999 and Rs 8,000 depending on the duration and the age of the vehicle.

Additional services include customer transportation arrangements if repairs exceed 72 hours, vehicle safekeeping and regular updates on case progress. Assistance can also be requested through a WhatsApp-based system.
The new support programs are available to new and existing Audi vehicle owners in India. Existing customers can opt in depending on the current age and warranty status of their vehicles.
