Things We Like
- SUV like styling despite its compact proportions give it a road presence not enjoyed by its peers.
- The cabin of Tata Punch is quite spacious in terms of headroom and leg room, including the rear section where even six-footers will find themselves comfortable
- Suspension is quite absorbent over bad roads while remaining composed in the bends, offering the best of both worlds.
Things We Don’t Like
- The lone 1.2 litre naturally aspirated petrol engine on offer can often feel sluggish, especially if hauling a full load of passengers.
- Six airbags are missing, even in the top variant of Tata Punch.
- The steering feedback of Punch feels vague at higher speeds, thus robbing the driver of confidence.
