The Bullet 650 follows a long and low stance with a single-piece bench seat and a relaxed riding posture. The tank features hand-painted pinstripes and winged badging. It retains the casquette-style headlamp housing with LED lighting and uses twin chrome exhausts positioned in a traditional peashooter layout. The motorcycle will be available in two colour options: Cannon Black and Battleship Blue.
Royal Enfield Bullet 650: Engine
The Royal Enfield Bullet 650 is powered by a 647.95cc air-oil-cooled parallel-twin engine that produces 46.4 bhp at 7,250rpm and 52.3 Nm of torque at 5,650rpm, paired with a six-speed gearbox.
The tuning focuses on a steady mid-range and calm cruising behaviour rather than high-rev output, making the transition easier for riders moving up from smaller displacement models.
Royal Enfield Bullet 650: Chassis, Suspension and Braking
The Bullet 650 sits on a steel tubular spine frame. Suspension duties are managed by a 43mm telescopic front fork and twin rear shocks, with 120mm and 90mm of wheel travel respectively.
The bike uses a 19-inch front wheel and an 18-inch rear wheel equipped with 100/90 and 140/70 tyres. Braking is handled by a 320mm front disc and a 300mm rear disc, supported by dual-channel ABS.

The motorcycle has an 800mm seat height, 154mm ground clearance and a kerb weight of 243kg (with 90% fluids). Fuel tank capacity stands at 14.8L.
The equipment list includes polished switchgear, rotary-type controls, an analogue-led instrument unit and a digital readout showing fuel level, gear position and service data. An LED headlamp is also part of the standard setup.
Positioning and Expected Price
The Bullet 650 gives current Bullet owners an option to move to a twin-cylinder format while retaining the familiar layout and proportions. For new riders, it offers an entry into the brand’s 650 platform.
Royal Enfield has not revealed pricing at Motoverse 2025, but given its shared architecture, the model is expected to be positioned close to the Classic 650 and Interceptor 650 when it goes on sale in early 2026.
