2026 Kia Seltos Launched in India at Rs 10.99 lakh
Kia India has announced the prices of the second-generation Seltos, starting at Rs 10.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The updated mid-size SUV is larger than before and offers new design elements, updated features, multiple powertrain options and Level-2 ADAS. Production has begun at Kia’s Anantapur plant.

Kia India has launched the 2026 Seltos in India at an ex-showroom price tag of Rs 10.99 lakh. Production of the second-generation Seltos is already underway at Kia’s manufacturing facility in Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh and deliveries are expected to follow in phases.

2026 Kia Seltos: Dimensions and Exterior Changes
The new-generation Seltos measures 4,460 mm in length, 1,830 mm in width and has a wheelbase of 2,690 mm. Compared to the outgoing model, the increase in size is aimed at improving cabin space.
Exterior updates include a revised front fascia with Kia’s latest design language, new LED headlamps with projection elements, flush-type automatic door handles and redesigned alloy wheels. At the rear, the SUV gets connected vertical tail lamps, a roof-mounted spoiler and a concealed rear wiper. The Seltos will be available in 10 monotone colour options, including two new shades: Morning Haze and Magma Red.
2026 Kia Seltos: Interior
Inside, the Seltos gets a wide dual-screen setup with a combined 30-inch display panel for the instrument cluster and infotainment system. Other cabin features include a Bose 8-speaker audio system, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, and a flat-bottom steering wheel.
Comfort-related features include ventilated front seats, a 10-way power-adjustable driver seat with memory function, a panoramic sunroof, dual-zone climate control and powered seat retract function. Kia has also added proximity-based unlocking using the smart key.
2026 Kia Seltos: Platform and Safety Features
The second-generation Seltos is built on Kia’s new K3 platform, which makes its India debut. The platform is designed to improve structural rigidity and driving stability.
Standard safety features include six airbags, ABS with EBD, hill-start assist and electronic stability control. The SUV also offers Level-2 ADAS with 21 driver assistance functions, including adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist and autonomous emergency braking.
2026 Kia Seltos: Engine and Transmission Options
Kia continues to offer three engine options with the new Seltos:
- 1.5L naturally aspirated petrol producing 113bhp and 144Nm, paired with a 6-speed manual or CVT
- 1.5L turbo-petrol GDi producing 158bhp and 253Nm, paired with a 6-speed iMT or 7-speed DCT
- 1.5L diesel producing 114bhp and 250Nm, paired with a 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic
