BYD India has expanded its electric SUV lineup with the launch of the new Sealion 7 Dynamic variant. Priced at an introductory Rs 41.90 lakh (ex-showroom), the new variant sits below the existing Premium and Performance trims and is aimed at buyers looking for a more accessible version of BYD's flagship electric SUV.

The new Sealion 7 Dynamic is powered by a 71.8 kWh Blade Battery. According to BYD, the electric SUV offers an NEDC-certified range of up to 520 km on a single charge.

The Dynamic variant can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.3 seconds, giving it a strong performance despite its positioning as the entry-level version of the Sealion 7 range.

BYD Sealion 7 Dynamic: Features

The Sealion 7 is based on BYD's dedicated e-Platform 3.0 and uses Cell-to-Body technology. It also gets Intelligence Torque Adaptation Control, aimed at improving the SUV's driving characteristics.
Other notable features include a panoramic glass roof and a rotating touchscreen infotainment system. The Dynamic variant is available in four exterior colours – Atlantis Grey, Cosmos Black, Aurora White and Shark Grey.

BYD Sealion 7 Dynamic: Warranty and Ownership Benefits

BYD is also offering additional benefits on the Sealion 7 Dynamic under its ongoing 'Celebrate Your Dreams with BYD' retail campaign.
Customers buying the new variant will receive a complimentary 7kW home charger with installation. The package also includes 10 years of roadside assistance and an extended warranty of 10 years or 1,50,000 km on the low-voltage LFP battery.
