Ferrari Luce EV Debuts in India with 1,050PS Electric Powertrain & 530 Km Range

The Ferrari Luce made its India debut on October 17th 2026 in New Delhi. The showcase gives Indian audiences their first opportunity to see the Italian automaker's upcoming electric car. However, Ferrari has not announced the model's India launch date or pricing. The Luce features a four-door layout, seating for five occupants and an all-wheel-drive powertrain. It marks a new phase for Ferrari as the company prepares to enter the fully electric performance car segment.

Ferrari Luce EV: Powertrain & Performance

The Ferrari Luce uses four electric motors, with one motor powering each wheel. The setup produces a maximum output of 1,050PS and 990Nm of torque. The car can accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in a claimed 2.5 seconds, while its top speed stands at 310 kmph.
The four-motor configuration enables individual wheel torque management, allowing the system to distribute power according to driving conditions. The electric powertrain is supported by an 800V electrical architecture. The Luce gets a 122 kWh battery pack and has a claimed driving range of more than 530 km on a single charge. It also supports DC fast charging at up to 350 kW.

Ferrari Luce EV: Design

The Ferrari Luce adopts a four-door body style, unlike the two-door layout seen on several of the brand's sports cars. It measures 5,026 mm in length and features a low-slung profile. The exterior design was developed in collaboration with LoveFrom, the design firm co-founded by former Apple design chief Jony Ive and designer Marc Newson, alongside Ferrari's in-house team.
The car features integrated lighting elements, a sculpted body and large alloy wheels. Its design combines Ferrari's established styling approach with a body structure developed for an electric grand tourer.

Ferrari Luce EV: Cabin & Features

The Ferrari Luce gets a five-seat cabin with a combination of digital displays and physical controls. The dashboard features a 12.5-inch digital instrument cluster and a 10-inch central touchscreen. The central display can be repositioned towards the driver or front passenger. Ferrari has also incorporated physical buttons, switches and rotary controls instead of relying entirely on touchscreen-based operation. The four-door configuration and rear seating are intended to make the Luce suitable for longer journeys, in addition to its performance-focused role.

Ferrari Luce EV: Price

Ferrari has not announced the Luce's India price or confirmed when it will go on sale in the country. Its appearance at the Universo Ferrari exhibition is an India debut and does not, by itself, confirm a commercial launch.
