Kia India Registers Over 13 Percent Growth in Car Sales for October 2026

The Indian division of the South Korean automaker Kia has revealed its monthly passenger vehicles sales data for October 2026 along with its year-to-date (YTD) passenger vehicle sales data for CY 2026. The information shared by the automaker highlights that the company has achieved its best-ever monthly sales numbers in the Indian market last month. Kia achieved its previous best in the domestic market last month, i.e. September 2026 racking up sales of 32.017 units. Last month Kia India managed to sell over thirty three thousand units of passenger vehicles in India with the Seltos being the highest-selling product accounting for over 13,000 units.

In October 2026 Kia India managed to sell a total of 33,462 units of passenger vehicles in the Indian domestic market. This sales figure marks a year-on-year increase in monthly domestic passenger vehicles sales by 3,906 units which further translates into 13.21 percent growth in year-on-year monthly domestic passenger vehicle sales. In October 2025 Kia India posted domestic passenger vehicle sales of 29,556 units.

Kia India YTD Car Sales: 2026

Kia India has reported YTD (January-October 2026) passenger vehicle sales of 2,86,470 units in the Indian market this year. This sales figure marks a rise in YTD passenger vehicles sales by 50,332 units which further translates into 21.31 percent growth in YTD passenger vehicle sales for this period. In 2025 Kia India’s cumulative YTD passenger vehicle sales for the same period stood at 2,36,138 units.
