Kinetic to Launch New Electric Scooters, Motorcycles and Delivery Two-Wheelers by 2027
Kinetic has outlined plans to introduce electric scooters, motorcycles and delivery-focused two-wheelers as part of its product roadmap through 2027, along with domestic and international market expansion.

Kinetic to Launch New Electric Scooters, Motorcycles and Delivery Two-Wheelers by 2027
Kinetic Engineering Limited has disclosed in its investor presentation that it plans to expand its electric two-wheeler portfolio through its subsidiary, Kinetic Watts & Volts Ltd. (KWVL). The company will introduce new electric scooters, motorcycles and delivery-focused electric two-wheelers as part of its long-term product strategy.
Categories of Upcoming Electric Two-Wheelers
According to its roadmap, Kinetic plans to develop and introduce the following electric vehicle categories:
- Electric scooters
- Electric motorcycles
- Electric two-wheelers designed for commercial and delivery use
Manufacturing and Technology Plans
Kinetic Engineering has stated that the upcoming electric vehicles will be supported by in-house development of key components such as motors, controllers and battery packs. Battery supply is likely to come from its Range-X facility, which has an annual production capacity of 60,000 LFP and NMC batteries.
Sales and Network Expansion Targets
Kinetic has set a sales target of 5,000 electric two-wheelers by March 2026, with a longer-term production goal of 60,000 units by FY 2026–27. More so, they are also working on building a dealer and service network of 500 outlets across India.
Global Market Plans
Along with domestic expansion, Kinetic has indicated that it plans to enter selected international markets by 2027, as part of its broader electric mobility strategy.
EV Training and After-Sales Preparation
As part of its EV readiness efforts, Kinetic Watts & Volts has also set up a dedicated two-wheeler EV training centre, named Kinetic Lab. The facility is intended for training technicians, service engineers and dealer staff in EV diagnostics, repair procedures and battery systems.
