Mahindra XEV 9e Cineluxe Edition Gets New Satin Desert Myst Colour; Price Remains Unchanged

Mahindra has expanded the colour options for its flagship XEV 9e Cineluxe Edition by introducing a new Satin Desert Myst exterior finish. The latest paint option joins the existing Satin Black and Satin White colours that were introduced earlier this year, giving buyers another premium choice without changing the SUV's price or equipment.

According to Mahindra, the XEV 9e Cineluxe Edition has become a popular choice among celebrities, business leaders, television personalities and senior corporate executives since its launch on March 1, 2026. The addition of the new Satin Desert Myst shade is aimed at customers looking for a more elegant and distinctive appearance.

Premium Cabin Remains Unchanged

The new exterior finish is paired with the same Chestnut Brown and Nocturne Black smooth-grain leatherette interior that is exclusive to the Cineluxe Edition. Mahindra has retained the luxurious cabin theme, offering a premium experience for buyers.
The company says the new colour has been introduced to further strengthen the SUV's premium appeal while maintaining the luxury-focused identity of the Cineluxe Edition.

No Changes To Features, Battery or Price

Apart from the new paint option, Mahindra has not made any changes to the SUV. The XEV 9e Cineluxe Edition continues to be based on the fully loaded Pack Three variant and is priced at Rs 29.35 lakh (ex-showroom).
Power comes from a 79 kWh battery pack, which offers a claimed real-world driving range of over 500 km.

Loaded with Premium Features

The XEV 9e Cineluxe Edition continues to offer Mahindra's flagship feature package. Highlights include a coast-to-coast triple HD display, a 16-speaker Harman Kardon sound system with Dolby Atmos, Infinity Roof, and configurable ambient lighting.

Other notable features include the StraightAhead VisionX augmented reality head-up display, EyeDentity driver and occupant monitoring, HandsFree Park automatic parking assist, Secure360, Digital Key, personalised user profiles, and dedicated Camp, Keep, and PawPal HVAC modes.
