Tata Sierra Dark Edition: What's Different?
The biggest change comes in the exterior styling. The Sierra Dark gets a specially curated Friesian Black exterior, giving the SUV a more understated and premium appearance. It is further distinguished by Purple Chrome detailing, which adds a contrasting element to the dark exterior.
Inside, Tata has introduced a Violet Eclipse cabin theme. The combination of the darker exterior and purple-themed interior is designed to give the Sierra Dark a distinct identity compared to the standard versions.

The Tata Sierra Dark is available across the recently launched Legend Series. The Dark treatment is offered on the Pure L, Pure L (O), Pure+ L and Adventure+ L personas.
The treatment is also available on the higher-spec Accomplished and Accomplished+ personas. This means buyers can choose the Dark edition across a wide range of variants while retaining the respective feature packages of these versions.
Apart from the cosmetic changes, the Sierra Dark continues with the feature-rich package offered with the Sierra. Tata has positioned the new edition as a more sophisticated take on the SUV rather than a separate mechanical variant.
The Sierra nameplate has been associated with Tata's SUV lineup for decades, and the latest version was introduced as a modern interpretation of the iconic name. With the Dark edition, Tata is now extending the styling theme that has previously been seen across its other Dark-badged models to the Sierra.
