Toyota Glanza Facelift: Price & Variants

Toyota has launched the facelifted Glanza at a starting price of Rs 6.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The hatchback is offered in five variants: E, S, G, V and V (O). Bookings for the same are already underway with deliveries expected to begin shortly.

Toyota Glanza Facelift: Design

The 2026 Toyota Glanza gets a revised front fascia, featuring a larger grille, updated bumper detailing and redesigned LED fog lamp housings. The Toyota logo has also been repositioned as part of the front-end changes.
The headlamp units retain their existing design, while the side profile remains largely unchanged. The hatchback continues with its familiar body shape, chrome detailing and existing alloy wheel design. A shark-fin antenna is among the additions.
At the rear, the Glanza retains its existing LED tail lamps, roof-mounted spoiler and rear wiper and washer. Overall, the changes are limited, with the facelift retaining the same basic design as the outgoing model.
Toyota has added two new exterior colours to the range - Bluish Black and Digital Teal Green. Other colour options include Sportin Red, Cafe White, Enticing Silver, Gaming Grey and Insta Blue.

Toyota Glanza Facelift: Cabin & Features

The cabin layout remains unchanged, with the dual-tone black-and-beige theme continuing on the updated model. Toyota has introduced new seat upholstery and added features to the equipment list. The key additions include ventilated front seats, a wireless phone charger and a Clarion sound system.
Other features carried forward include:
  • 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system
  • Head-up display
  • Automatic climate control
  • Rear AC vents
  • Height-adjustable driver's seat
  • Wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay
  • USB charging ports
  • Automatic headlamps

Toyota Glanza Facelift: Safety

The addition of Level 2 ADAS is one of the key changes to the 2026 Glanza. The driver-assistance package is designed to support the driver in specific situations, depending on the functions offered and operating conditions.
The hatchback continues to offer six airbags, electronic stability control, hill-hold assist, a 360-degree camera, rear parking sensors and ISOFIX child-seat anchors. The TPMS is another addition to the safety equipment list.

Toyota Glanza Facelift: Powertrain

The 2026 Toyota Glanza replaces the outgoing model's four-cylinder petrol engine with a 1.2-litre, three-cylinder naturally aspirated Z-series unit. The petrol engine produces around 83hp and 112Nm of torque. Transmission options include a five-speed manual and a five-speed automated manual transmission (AMT).
The engine also gets an idle start-stop function, which can help reduce fuel consumption when the vehicle is stationary under suitable conditions. A factory-fitted CNG option is also available. In CNG mode, the engine produces around 70hp and 102Nm. The CNG variant is aimed at buyers looking to reduce fuel expenses, although the cylinder is expected to reduce the available luggage space. While the new engine produces less power than the outgoing four-cylinder unit, the updated powertrain is intended to offer improved fuel efficiency.
