Bajaj Records 7 Percent Decline In Total Unit Sales, Witnesses 4 Percent Growth In Export

Additionally, the Indian automaker recorded domestic sales of 1,88,615 units of two-wheelers in April 2025, which has witnessed a 13% decline year-on-year (Y-o-Y) compared to sale of 2,16,950 units in April 2024. However, the company has witnessed a 4 percent growth Y-o-Y in exports of two-wheelers to 1,29,322 units in April 2025 from 1,24,839 units in April 2024.

Bajaj is not the only automaker that has witnessed a decline in unit sales. Hero MotoCorp has witnessed a year-on-year decline of 42.8% in total sales from April 2024 to April 2025.

The Indian automaker is set to launch the 2025 Bajaj Dominar 400. The facelift of the Dominar 400 is expected to be equipped with new features including a digital instrument cluster, Bluetooth connectivity and turn-by-turn navigation, in addition to equipping the 2025 model with hazard lights button. Moreover, the company has removed the small display on the fuel tank after equipping the 2025 model year with a digital instrument cluster.

Furthermore, the new Bajaj Dominar 400 gets ABS modes and traction control with adjustable levers and a USB port to charge mobiles and other devices. The 2025 Bajaj Dominar 400 is expected to be launched soon and it was recently spotted in dealerships.
