Ducati Diavel V4 RS Unveiled as Fastest-Accelerating Model in the Line-up Yet
Ducati has revealed the Diavel V4 RS, a limited-edition motorcycle that now stands as the company’s quickest-accelerating production model. It features the Panigale V4’s Desmosedici Stradale engine and several hardware upgrades.

Ducati unveiled the Diavel V4 RS, a new addition to its line-up that expands the brand’s RS range, which already includes the Multistrada V4 RS. The Diavel V4 RS has been described by Ducati as its fastest-accelerating road-going motorcycle to date. Ducati has confirmed that the Diavel V4 RS will be produced in limited numbers but has not specified the exact figure.

Engine & Performance Specs of the Diavel V4 RS
The Ducati Diavel V4 RS uses the 1,103cc Desmosedici Stradale V4 engine from the Panigale V4 instead of the 1,158cc Granturismo unit fitted to the standard Diavel. The engine produces 179.5 bhp at 11,750rpm and 120 Nm of torque at 9,500rpm, marking an increase of 13.8 bhp but a drop of 6 Nm of torque compared with the standard version.
Ducati claims that the Diavel V4 RS can accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in 2.5 seconds. Ducati has also added a new Ducati Power Launch system with three selectable levels designed to regulate torque and traction during hard acceleration.
Ducati Diavel V4 RS: Electronics and Riding Modes
The Diavel V4 RS is equipped with Power Modes (High, Medium, Low), Ducati Traction Control, Wheelie Control and Quick Shift 2.0. These functions operate within four riding modes: Race, Sport, Touring and Wet. Race mode appears on the Diavel series for the first time and changes the TFT display to provide track-focused information.
Ducati Diavel V4 RS: Chassis and Hardware
The motorcycle uses an aluminium monocoque frame with the engine as a stressed member, combined with a single-sided aluminium swingarm. Suspension comes from fully adjustable Ohlins components, while braking is handled by Brembo Stylema calipers with 330mm discs at the front and a 265mm disc at the rear.
Ducati Diavel V4 RS rides on 17-inch forged aluminium wheels with Pirelli Diablo Rosso IV tyres. Carbon fibre has been used extensively across components such as mudguards, fairings, tank covers and air ducts. A lighter battery contributes to a total weight of 220kg, which is 3kg less than the standard Diavel V4.
