Ducati Multistrada V4 Pikes Peak Unveiled With MotoGP-Inspired Livery Ahead of 2027 India Launch

The new design has been developed by Ducati Centro Stile in collaboration with Drudi Performance. Ducati has drawn design cues from its factory racing motorcycles, with the new colour scheme and graphics intended to highlight the sportier positioning of the Multistrada V4 Pikes Peak. The updated motorcycle is also confirmed to launch in India in 2027. Ducati has not yet announced the India-specific price or launch date yet.

The main update for the 2027 model is the new racing-inspired livery. The motorcycle continues with carbon-fibre components, a smoked windscreen, gold-anodised Öhlins fork sliders, a V4-branded seat and Ducati Corse badging on the front beak. A road-legal titanium Akrapovic silencer is also part of the motorcycle's equipment.

Ducati continues to position the Pikes Peak as the road-focused version of the Multistrada V4 range. It uses a 17-inch front wheel instead of the 19-inch wheel found on the standard Multistrada V4. The motorcycle gets five-spoke forged aluminium wheels and Pirelli Diablo Rosso IV tyres.

The Pikes Peak also features a different riding position, with higher and rear-set footpegs and a lower, narrower and flatter handlebar. These changes are aimed at giving the motorcycle a more road-focused riding setup.

Power comes from Ducati's 1,158cc V4 Granturismo engine. The motor produces 170 hp at 10,750 rpm and 124 Nm of torque at 9,000 rpm. It is paired with a six-speed gearbox.

The motorcycle gets a dedicated Race Riding Mode, along with Pikes Peak-specific quickshifter calibration. High Power Mode also features a more direct throttle response.

The Multistrada V4 Pikes Peak continues with Ohlins Smart EC 2.0 semi-active electronic suspension. The setup offers electronically controlled damping and 170 mm of suspension travel at both ends.

Braking is handled by a system featuring Ducati's Electronic Combined Braking System. The motorcycle also gets cornering ABS supported by an IMU.

The electronics package includes Ducati Traction Control, Ducati Wheelie Control, Engine Brake Control and Vehicle Hold Control.

There are five Riding Modes: Race, Sport, Touring, Urban and Wet. The motorcycle also gets four Power Modes.

Front and rear radar sensors are offered as standard. These systems support Adaptive Cruise Control and Blind Spot Detection. The 2027 model also adds Forward Collision Warning.

Ducati has confirmed that the 2027 Multistrada V4 Pikes Peak will be launched in India next year. The company is yet to reveal the India-specific pricing and detailed availability.

The updated model continues with the same 1,158cc V4 engine, 17-inch front wheel, Öhlins Smart EC 2.0 suspension and performance-focused electronics, with the new racing-inspired livery being the primary visual update for 2027.
