New Audi Q3 Launched in India at Rs 51.99 Lakh; Gets 204PS Powertrain and Quattro AWD

Audi India has launched the new-generation Q3 SUV in the country today, i.e. October 16th 2026. The third-generation model replaces the previous-generation Q3 and brings changes to the exterior design, cabin layout and feature list. The SUV is locally assembled at the company's India facility in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra. The new Audi Q3 is positioned in the entry-level luxury SUV segment and rivals the likes of BMW X1, Mercedes-Benz GLA, Mini Countryman and others.

New Audi Q3: Price

The new Audi Q3 has been launched at a starting price of Rs 51.99 lakh (ex-showroom). It is offered with a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine and Audi's quattro all-wheel-drive system. The model was available for pre-booking ahead of its launch for a token amount of Rs 1 lakh through Audi India's booking channels and authorised dealerships.

New Audi Q3: Design

The third-generation Audi Q3 gets a redesigned front fascia, featuring a larger Singleframe grille and a split-headlamp setup. The daytime running lights sit above the main headlamp units, while the front bumper gets a revised design.

The SUV also features 18-inch alloy wheels, body-coloured wheel-arch cladding and roof rails. At the rear, it gets split LED tail-lamps connected visually by a full-width light strip, along with an illuminated Audi logo. The new Q3 measures 4,531 mm in length, 1,859 mm in width and 1,623 mm in height. It has a wheelbase of 2,681 mm.

New Audi Q3: Cabin & Features

The cabin of the new Audi Q3 features a redesigned dashboard with two digital displays. These include an 11.9-inch digital instrument cluster and a 12.8-inch touchscreen infotainment system. The gear selector has been moved to the steering column, freeing up space on the centre console. The SUV also gets a revised steering wheel and updated cabin controls.

The boot offers 488 litres of luggage capacity, which can be increased to 1,386 litres by folding the rear seats.

New Audi Q3: Powertrain & Performance

The new Audi Q3 is powered by a 2.0-litre, four-cylinder, turbo-petrol engine that produces 204 hp and 320 Nm of torque. The engine is paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and Audi's quattro all-wheel-drive system. Audi claims that the SUV can accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in 7.1 seconds and boasts a top speed of 229 kmph.
