Tata Aeris Launched at Rs 5.29 Lakh: Gets 360 Degree Camera, Ventilated Seats and More

The Tata Aeris shares its front lighting setup with the Tiago, although the front bumper gets fewer black cladding elements. The sedan also comes with blacked-out ORVMs with integrated turn indicators and 15-inch wheels with dual-tone alloy designs.

At the rear, the Aeris appears to feature connected tail-lights at first glance. The tail-lamp graphics have also been revised with additional detailing. The feature list includes ventilated front seats, adding to the equipment on offer in the new Tata sedan.

Inside, the Aeris gets a Lalitpur Grey interior with dual-tone seats. Much of the dashboard and centre console layout is shared with the Tiago. The sedan gets a new two-spoke steering wheel, a digital instrument cluster with a segmented display and a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system. Other features include rear AC vents, a wireless charger, horizontal AC vents and a rotary drive selector on automatic variants.

The Aeris also gets a 360-degree camera, which can double up as a dashcam.

The petrol version uses a 1.2-litre engine producing 85bhp and 113Nm. Tata also offers an i-CNG version with a twin-cylinder setup, producing 74.5bhp and 96.5Nm. Both powertrain options are available with 5-speed manual and 5-speed AMT gearboxes.
