TVS Motor Company is taking its racing ambitions to Europe as it looks to strengthen its presence in international motorcycle markets. The company’s TVS Racing International Championship (TRIC) made its European debut at the Misano World Circuit in Italy, bringing together international racers on the race-spec TVS Apache RR 310.

The 2026 Italy round featured 14 riders representing 12 nationalities across four continents. The racers competed on the race-spec TVS Apache RR 310, testing their skills against competitors from different racing backgrounds.
Launched in 2022 as an Asia-focused championship, TRIC has previously held rounds in Malaysia, Thailand, Japan and Indonesia. With its entry into Italy, the championship is expanding its international footprint and bringing riders together on a common racing platform.
TVS Motor currently has a presence in more than 90 international markets. The company is looking to build on this reach through product innovation, premium motorcycles and advanced engineering.
Race-Spec TVS Apache RR 310 Performance
The race-spec TVS Apache RR 310 has recorded competitive speeds and lap times at international circuits in recent years. In 2023, the motorcycle achieved a top speed of 215.9 kmph and a lap time of 1:49.74 at Thailand's Chang International Circuit. In 2024, it reached 216 kmph and recorded a faster lap time of 1:48.44 at the same circuit.
The motorcycle also clocked a lap time of 2:20.80 at Malaysia's Sepang International Circuit in 2024.
The race-spec version features an enhanced aerodynamic package, increased power and refined riding dynamics. These developments showcase the performance and engineering capabilities that TVS Racing aims to bring to its production motorcycles.
TVS Apache Global Reach Crosses 7 Million Customers
The expansion of TRIC comes as TVS Motor continues to grow its international two-wheeler business. The TVS Apache range has crossed 7 million customers globally, while the TVS Apache Owners Group has more than 500,000 members. The company is using its racing activities to strengthen its connection with performance-focused riders and build awareness of the Apache brand across markets.
With the Misano round, TVS Racing has taken another step towards establishing TRIC as an international racing platform while strengthening the global presence of the TVS Apache range.
