Vietnamese automaker, VinFast has filed a patent for its two-door electric car in India which is expected to rival the MG Comet EV. The patent filed for the two-door electric car design is expected to be Minio Green. This comes on the back of Vietnamese automaker filing a patent for its 7-seater electric SUV recently. Additionally, the Minio Green is sold as a commercial vehicle in the Vietnamese market, much like the Limo Green.

Additionally, it has a maximum charging capacity of 12 kW. The supermini electric vehicle boasts a range of 170 km on a full charge. The two-door electric car from VinFast boasts a top speed of 80 kmph. It further has a ground clearance of 165mm.

VinFast Minio Green Interior
The VinFast Minio Green has a minimalistic interior. The Minio Green sold in Vietnam does not have an infotainment system but boasts two-speaker sound system. In addition to that, the Minio Green has LED headlights, two driving modes namely Eco and Normal, an air conditioner, a driver information display, FM and four-way mechanically adjustable driver seat. In addition to that, the Minio Green only has a mechanical boot opening system.
If the electric vehicle comes to India, a few changes can be expected in order for it to rival the MG Comet EV.
