The VinFast VF7 offers a larger battery capacity of 70.8 kWh compared to the VF6's 59.6 kWh. This allows the VF7 Wind variant to achieve a certified range of 532 km, significantly higher than the VF6 Earth variant's 468 km range. Additionally, the VF7's AWD variant boasts a range of 510 km, showcasing better performance and efficiency compared to the VF6.

The VF7 comes equipped with Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) features, including adaptive cruise control and lane keeping assist, which are highlighted for their enhanced safety capabilities. While the VF6 does offer some ADAS features, the VF7 includes a broader range of safety technologies, enhancing overall driver assistance and safety.

VinFast's local manufacturing facility in Tamil Nadu is expected to enhance the supply chain efficiency, reduce import costs, and improve service response times for customers. It will also support the company’s commitment to the Indian market, allowing for quicker adaptation to local demands and preferences while boosting employment and economic growth in the region.

The VF7 offers two powertrain configurations: a front-wheel drive (FWD) option producing 204 hp and an all-wheel drive (AWD) version generating 350 hp. In contrast, the VF6 is available with a single FWD setup that delivers 204 hp. This variety in the VF7 allows for greater performance and versatility compared to the VF6.

The VF7 features a more spacious interior with additional luxury elements, including a larger boot capacity of 537 liters compared to the VF6's 423 liters. It also includes options like dual-zone automatic climate control, a wireless charger, and advanced infotainment systems that enhance user experience and comfort, setting it apart from the VF6's offerings.
