Vinfast VF7 Electric SUV Launched in India With Level 2 ADAS: Check Price, Battery, Variants, Features and More

The VinFast VF7 offers superior performance compared to the VF6. The VF7 features two powertrain options: a single motor generating 204 hp and 310 Nm of torque, and a dual-motor setup producing 350 hp and 500 Nm of torque. It can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in as little as 5.8 seconds. In contrast, the VF6, with its 204 hp setup, has a slower acceleration time of 8.9 seconds.

The VF7 is equipped with a larger 70.8 kWh battery, supporting both AC and DC fast charging, achieving a 10-70% charge in approximately 24 minutes. The VF6, on the other hand, has a smaller 59.6 kWh battery, which also supports fast charging but takes about 25 minutes to reach the same charge level. This gives the VF7 a longer range and faster charging capabilities.

The Infinity variants of the VF7, specifically the Wind Infinity and Sky Infinity, add a fixed panoramic glass roof, enhancing the cabin's aesthetics and spaciousness. These models maintain all the standard features of their respective base variants while providing an upgraded experience for passengers, making them more luxurious and appealing for buyers.

VinFast plans to offer attractive ownership benefits for VF7 and VF6 owners, including free charging at designated stations until July 2028 and three years of complimentary maintenance. This initiative aims to enhance customer satisfaction and promote the adoption of electric vehicles in India, making the ownership experience more convenient and cost-effective.

The VinFast VF7 is larger than the VF6, measuring 4,545 mm in length compared to the VF6's 4,238 mm. Additionally, the VF7 offers a greater boot capacity of 537 litres, while the VF6 provides 423 litres. This difference in size and storage space makes the VF7 more suitable for families or those needing additional cargo room.
