2024 Hyundai Alcazar Facelift Launched In India: Price, Power, Engine, Safety Features & More

South Korean automaker Hyundai has today launched the 2024 facelift of the Alcazar SUV in the Indian market. The 2024 Alcazar facelift has been introduced in the Indian market with a starting ex-showroom price tag of Rs 14.99 lakh.

With this facelift the Alcazar has become more affordable, earlier the Alcazar had a starting ex-showroom price of Rs 16.77 lakh. So with this facelift the Alcazar has become more affordable by about Rs 1.78 lakh.

After the introduction of the 2024 Creta the update of the Alcazar was highly anticipated and today the company has introduced the latest iteration of this SUV. The 2024 Alcazar follows a similar design philosophy as the new Creta.

The 2024 Alcazar now features a fresh new design with new front fascia featuring new LED DRLs, headlamp cluster, front bumper with skid plate, bonnet and a front grille with LED bar on top giving a connected DRL effect. On the side this SUV now features 18-inch diamond cut alloy wheels. The rear design has also undergone a complete overhaul with a new rear bumper with skid plate, tail lamp cluster with connected LED design, spoiler with integrated LED stop lamp and sequential turn indicators.

The 2024 Hyundai Alcazar measures 4560 mm in length, 1800 mm in width, 1710 mm in height and it has a wheelbase spanning 2760 mm. Hyundai is offering the 2024 Alcazar SUV with a 3-row design in 6-seat and 7-seat layouts. It is being offered in a total of 9 colour options which includes 8-monotone colour options and 1 dual-tone colour option.

On the inside the 2024 Alcazar now features a dual-tone noble brown and haze navy interiors. The 6-seater version of this SUV features ventilated seats in the second row as well. The 7-seater version gets a tumble function. The front seats are 8-way electronically adjustable (driver + passenger) with the driver’s seat getting a memory function as well. It also gets a panoramic sunroof, integrated 10.25-inch infotainment system & 10.25-inch instrument cluster, dual-zone climate control, ambient lighting, 8-speaker Bose sound system, wireless charging and more.

Hyundai is offering the 2024 Alcazar with two engine options - a 1.5 L TGDi engine producing 157.81 bhp and 253 Nm of torque and the 1.5 L CRDi engine producing 114.41 bhp and 250 Nm of torque. The petrol engine is offered with a 6-speed MT and a 7-speed DCT. The diesel engine is being offered with a 6-speed MT and a 6-speed AT.
