Mahindra Thar Roxx 5-Door SUV Teased Again Ahead Of It Debut On August 15th

Indian automaker Mahindra has today dropped another teaser of its upcoming SUV i.e. the Thar Roxx, which is a 5-door version of the company’s iconic lifestyle vehicle. Since the debut of the second gen-Thar, people online have been eagerly anticipating the arrival of the 5-door version of this SUV. Putting all speculations to rest, Mahindra had earlier revealed that the Thar Roxx will be making its global debut on August 15th 2024. Now the company has dropped another teaser of this upcoming SUV to further increase its anticipation among the masses.

Mahindra has today released a teaser of the highly anticipated 5-door version of the Thar, dubbed the Thar Roxx. After being spotted testing on several occasions this SUV will officially mark its debut in the market next month. The teaser shared by Mahindra showcases people lined up across different regions in the country waiting in anticipation of the Thar Roxx, addressing the hype created by this SUV among masses. Then the video cuts to a shot of the Thar Roxx kicking up dust, then it cuts to a shot of its C-shaped LED tail light and two-tone alloy-wheel mounted in the tailgate. The next shot then showcases this SUV on tarmac and it immediately transitions to a shot of its C-shaped LED DRLs, the headlamp cluster also encompasses LED type headlamps, it also gets a redesigned front grille.

In the teaser it is evident that the rear door handles have been placed ergonomics on the upper part of the door. The rear doors cover nearly half of the rear wheel arch. It also seems to have very little rear overhang. Short wheelbase and small rear overhang will help the Thar Roxx in achieving better approach and departure angles, this will help in retaining the off-roading pedigree of its sibling. The video then cuts short to different regions of the country ranging from mountains, to beaches to urban dwelling showcasing huge groups of people waiting in anticipation for the arrival of the Thar Roxx.
