Bike lovers, get ready. October 2026 is shaping up to be an exciting month for two-wheeler fans. Several new motorcycles are expected to hit the market or make their official debut around this time. From stylish daily commuters to more powerful machines, these upcoming bikes are already creating a lot of buzz. Here’s a look at five bikes that are likely to arrive in October 2026 and why they deserve your attention.

BMW Motorrad has teased the upcoming F 450 R on its social media platforms. The naked streetfighter will be the second motorcycle to use BMW’s 420cc twin-cylinder engine platform after the F 450 GS. The BMW F 450 R is set to make its global debut on October 1, 2026.

Like the F 450 GS, the F 450 R is expected to be manufactured in India at the TVS Motor facility and exported to international markets, including Europe. The teaser image reveals an aggressive design with a muscular fuel tank, sharp tank extensions and a raised rear section. The motorcycle is expected to use the same 420cc, parallel-twin engine as the F 450 GS. It could produce 47bhp at 8,750rpm and 43Nm at 6,750rpm, with power sent to the rear wheel through a six-speed gearbox.

The upcoming Triumph Bonneville 400 has been spotted testing in India ahead of its expected launch. The motorcycle takes design inspiration from the larger Bonneville T100, with a classic roadster appearance.

Spy images suggest that the Bonneville 400 will use a new chassis, swingarm and rear subframe, setting it apart from other motorcycles in Triumph’s 400cc range. For India, the Bonneville 400 is expected to use a 349cc engine, while the international version is likely to get a 398cc unit producing 31PS and 36Nm. The engine is expected to be tuned similarly to the Speed T4. The motorcycle could be launched in India in October 2026, although Triumph has not confirmed an official launch date yet.

Honda is expected to expand its Rebel range in India with the Rebel 300 and Rebel 500. The Rebel 300 uses a 286cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine producing around 30hp and 27.5Nm.

The larger Rebel 500 gets a 471cc parallel-twin engine that develops 46hp at 8,500rpm and 43.3Nm at 6,000rpm. Both motorcycles are paired with a six-speed gearbox and are expected to be offered with Honda’s E-Clutch technology. The E-Clutch system allows riders to shift gears without using the clutch lever, while still allowing manual clutch operation when required. Honda is yet to announce the prices and official launch timelines for the two motorcycles.

Bajaj Auto is preparing to update the Pulsar NS125 with fresh colours and a revised instrument cluster. The updated motorcycle has reportedly been spotted at dealerships in near-production form.

The 2026 Pulsar NS125 is expected to retain its existing mechanical setup. It will continue with a 124.45cc, air-cooled, four-stroke, SOHC, four-valve engine producing around 12hp at 8,500rpm and 11Nm at 7,000rpm. The engine will continue to be paired with a five-speed gearbox. The updates are expected to focus mainly on styling and features rather than mechanical changes. With the motorcycle already reaching dealerships, an official launch could take place in October 2026.

Norton revealed the specifications of the Atlas in June 2026, and the middleweight adventure motorcycle is expected to arrive in India soon. The standard version gets a twin-cylinder engine, adjustable KYB suspension, a 7.2-inch TFT display and a comprehensive electronics package.

Power comes from a 585cc, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine with a 270-degree crankshaft. It produces 69bhp at 9,300rpm and 57.5Nm of torque at 7,300rpm. The engine has a 78mm bore and 61.2mm stroke, along with a 12.2:1 compression ratio. The engine also features multi-point sequential fuel injection and a ride-by-wire throttle. The 270-degree crankshaft is expected to give the parallel-twin a distinctive exhaust note and stronger character compared with conventional 180-degree twin-cylinder engines.
