Watch: UP Man Drives Thar With Soil On Roof Flying Onto Road & Other Motorists

In a bizarre incident, a man in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh can be seen dumping soil on the roof of a Mahindra Thar SUV with the help of a shovel. The man then starts driving the vehicle recklessly in a zig-zag manner, with the soil flying onto the road as well as other motorists.

The whole incident was captured on a video that went viral this morning, leading to a response from Meerut Police. Take a look at the viral video uploaded on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter) below.

Meerut Police said that the SUV's registration number was noted down and is being traced. Ayush Vikram Singh, Add. SP, Meerut Police, revealed that the driving license of the perpetrator might be cancelled, while the vehicle used for the stunt will also be seized. The driver will be charged under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 under relevant sections. What makes the matters worse is that a host of vehicles are driving on the wrong side of the road as the Thar driver sways the SUV to avoid them and pass through

The video seems to have been shot for gaining views and clout on social media. TimesDrive.in urges its readers not to indulge in such acts of hooliganism that put not only yours but the lives of other road users in danger. The Mahindra Thar might be a capable off-roader, but that does not warrant such acts on public roads.
