2026 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R Launched in India at Rs 19.49 Lakh with Reduced Power Output
Kawasaki has introduced the 2026 Ninja ZX-10R in India with a price increase and a drop in power output compared to the previous model year. The design remains unchanged, while the engine and feature setup continue largely the same.

Kawasaki launched the 2026 Ninja ZX-10R in India in September 2025. The motorcycle is priced at Rs 19.49 lakh (ex-showroom), marking a hike of Rs 99,000 over the outgoing model.
2026 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R : Engine and Performance
The new Ninja ZX-10R is powered by a 998cc in-line four-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine paired with a six-speed gearbox. The maximum output now stands at 193 bhp at 13,000 rpm and 112 Nm of torque at 11,400 rpm, reflecting a drop of 7 bhp and 2.9 Nm compared to the 2025 version. With RAM air, the output increases to 202 bhp.
2026 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R: Chassis and Suspension
The engine is mounted on a tubular diamond frame. The suspension setup includes Showa BFF front forks and a Showa BFRC rear monoshock with adjustability for preload, rebound and compression damping. The braking system is made up of dual 330 mm front discs and a 220 mm rear disc. An Öhlins electronic steering damper is also part of the setup.

The 2026 Ninja ZX-10R continues with a TFT console supporting smartphone connectivity, multiple riding modes, cruise control, launch control, engine brake control, traction control and dual-channel ABS.
2026 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R: Dimensions and Weight
The motorcycle has a wheelbase of 1,450 mm, a seat height of 835 mm, ground clearance of 135 mm and a fuel tank capacity of 17 litres. The curb weight is listed at 207 kg. Tyres include a 120/70 ZR17 front and 190/55 ZR17 rear.
2026 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R: Design and Colours
The design of the 2026 model remains unchanged from the earlier version, including the dual-headlamp setup. The 2026 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R comes in two colour options: Metallic Graphite Gray with Metallic Diablo Black and Lime Green with Ebony and Pearl Blizzard White.
