South Korean automaker Hyundai has today confirmed the global debut of the 2027 model year Tucson SUV. Sharing this update the automaker revealed that the 2027 Hyundai Tucson is all set to break cover next month.

The 2027 model year Tucson SUV will make its global debut on October 1st 2026. The details shared by the automaker highlights that the world premier of the 2027 Tucson will take place in Long Island City, New York, USA at 5:15 pm ET. The unveiling event will also be broadcasted by the company for the global audience.
2027 Hyundai Tucson: What to Expect
The 2027 Tucson will mark the global introduction of the fifth-generation of the SUV. The upcoming Tucson is expected to be bigger and boxier than any of its previous generation models.
The 2027 Tucson is expected to measure around 4.7-meters in length, 1.9-meters in width with a wheelbase of over 2.7-meters. The upcoming SUV is also expected to get Hyundai’s new Pleos infotainment system. The SUV will also feature a boxier design with bold lines and arches. It is likely to carry the four-dot emblem on the steering wheel.
Hyundai hasn’t revealed any powertrain details of the 2027 Tucson yet but it is anticipated to be introduced with petrol and hybrid powertrains. Given that the vehicle is set to make its global premier in the US, the SUV can have increased focus on space and comfort.
