Dominic Toretto's Favourite Car Just Got an Upgrade: Dodge Charger Scat Pack Six Pack Production Started
Dodge has commenced production of the revamped Charger Scat Pack, featuring a powerful 3.0L twin-turbo inline six engine that delivers around 550 bhp and 720 Nm of torque. This model emerges from Stellantis’ Windsor Facility, which is set to enhance its workforce by adding 1,500 jobs by early 2026 to satisfy demand for various Charger models and Chrysler minivans. Stellantis has invested CAD$1.9 billion in upgrading the facility, ensuring advanced technology and production capabilities for next-generation vehicles.

American automaker, Dodge recently announced that it has started the production of the Scat Pack Sixpack of its famous muscle car, the Charger. The Dodge Charger Scat Pack, while being an old model, has been remodeled to become the most powerful muscle car in the American automaker’s portfolio. The Dodge Charger Scat Pack features a Sixpack engine which is a 3.0L twin turbocharged inline six engine producing approximately 550 bhp and close to 720 Nm of torque.
The production of the Dodge Charger Scat Pack has started at the Stellantis’ Windsor Facility in Canada. Notably, the Windsor facility will add a third shift and up to 1,500 new jobs in early 2026 to meet demand for the Charger Scat Pack, R/T, Charger Daytona and Chrysler minivan family, with first units of the Scat Pack set to arrive at dealerships this month.
Windsor Assembly Plant produces the electric 660.8 bhp 2026 Dodge Charger Daytona Scat Pack alongside the Chrysler Pacifica and Grand Caravan minivan. In addition to that, the four-door Sixpack-powered Charger models are scheduled to come off the line in the first quarter of 2026.
Stellantis has invested CAD$1.9 billion (approximately Rs 12,261 crore) since 2022 to transform Windsor Assembly for next-generation Dodge production. The transformation included installation of all-new STLA Large architecture, addition of 301 new robots, advanced conveyors and a dedicated battery cell line, and modification of 410 workstations.
In a statement, Trevor Longley, President and Chief Executive Officer- Stellantis Canada, said, “Assembled in Windsor, Dodge Charger offers customers the freedom to choose ICE or BEV powertrains to fit their lifestyle and blends raw performance with cutting-edge innovation.”
