Eccentric Engine Secures 5 Million In Pre-Series A Funding
Eccentric Engine, now operating as Eccentric, has announced that the company has raised $5 million in a Pre-Series A funding round co-led by Exfinity Venture Partners and Arkam Ventures. This is the company’s first external funding, aimed at expanding its global presence and further developing its 3D visualization platform, One3D.
Eccentric focuses on addressing challenges in vehicle visualization for the automotive industry. Traditional methods, such as 360-degree image rotations, are limited in providing interactive solutions for customers. The One3D platform was designed to provide real-time 3D rendering for automotive OEMs and dealerships.
Eccentric highlighted that it works with automakers like Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Toyota, Tata Motors, Tata Motors and automotive conglomerate, Stellantis in India. Many of these automakers are expected to use the One3D technology at the Auto Expo 2025 and that 18 of the top 20 vehicles sold in India have utilised their visualisation platform in India.
One3D processes OEM 3D CAD models to create online retail experiences and integrates with dealership operations. It is designed to reduce infrastructure requirements and streamline 3D visualization processes. Sharing this update the company shared that this platform is currently deployed across 3,500 dealer stores and has been used in over 200 million user interactions.
Varun Shah, Co-founder & CEO, Eccentric said, “Over the past few years, we set out to revolutionize the vehicle-buying experience in India, offering trust and confidence to buyers through the immersive One3D platform for all major automotive OEMs. The funds from this round will be pivotal in advancing our product tech and driving international expansion, bringing this visualization movement from India to the world”.
