Hero MotoCorp Sales August 2025: Glamour, Splendor, Xtreme, and Vida Models Drive 8% Growth
Hero MotoCorp reported total dispatches of 5,53,727 units in August 2025, marking an 8% increase compared to the previous year. Motorcycle sales reached 5,01,523 units, a 4.87% rise, while scooter sales surged by 52.89% to 52,204 units.

Hero MotoCorp has announced its dispatch figures for August 2025, the India Automaker reported a total of 5,53,727 units (including Domestic sales + Exports) reflecting a Year-on-Year (Y-o-Y) growth of 8% when compared to 5,12,360 units in August 2024.

In the motorcycle segment, Hero MotoCorp sold 5,01,523 units in August 2025 reflecting a Y-o-Y increase of 4.87% when compared to 4,78,215 units in August 2024 On the other hand. In the scooter segment Hero sale number stood at 52,204 units in August 2025 showing a significant Y-o-Y growth of 52.89% when compared to 34,145 units sold in August 2024.

In the domestic market, Hero dispatched 5,19,139 units in August 2025 reflecting a Y-o-Y increase of 5.46% when compared to 4,92,263 units sold domestically in August 2024. The company also witnessed robust growth in its export business, with overseas dispatches climbing to 34,588 units in August 2025 reflecting a Y-o-Y increase of 72.10% when compared to 20,097 units shipped in August 2024.
For the year-to-date period from April to August FY26, Hero MotoCorp recorded 23,70,552 total dispatches, compared to 24,17,790 units in FY25, representing a 1.95% decline. Within this, motorcycle volumes fell to 21,76,049 units from 22,59,561 units, a 3.70% drop. However, scooter dispatches showed strong growth at 1,94,503 units in FY26, compared to 1,58,229 units in FY25, reflecting a 22.93% increase.
Domestic sales for the same period stood at 22,34,193 units, lower than 23,23,960 units in FY25, marking a 3.86% decline. In contrast, exports surged to 1,36,359 units from 93,830 units, an impressive 45.33% year-on-year growth.
