Honda Elevate Facelift to Launch in India On October 6: Here’s What to Expect

Honda Cars India is all set to launch the facelifted Elevate SUV in India on October 6th 2026. This will be the first major facelift for the Elevate which made its India debut back in 2023. This mid-cycle update is expected to bring changes to the exterior and cabin, along with additional features, while the existing petrol engine is likely to continue.

Honda Elevate Facelift: Expected Design

The facelift is expected to bring a set of styling changes without altering the overall shape of the SUV. The front end could get a redesigned grille along with revised LED lighting elements and a reworked bumper. The rear bumper and lighting elements could also be tweaked, while the 17-inch alloy wheels are expected to receive a new design. Honda could also introduce changes to the exterior colour options. The overall proportions and basic design of the Elevate are expected to remain unchanged, making this more of a conventional facelift rather than a comprehensive redesign.

Honda Elevate Facelift: Expected Features

On the inside the cabin of the Elevate facelift is expected to receive a new interior theme and revised seat upholstery. The dashboard layout is likely to remain similar but it can get a bigger infotainment system. Key updates can include addition of ventilated front seats and a 360-degree camera. Similar updates were seen on the updated City.
Some new features that we would like to see on the new Elevate include a panoramic sunroof, electrically adjustable driver’s and co-driver's seat, rear sunblinds, premium sound system, ventilated/massage seats at the rear and electric tailgate.

Honda Elevate Facelift: Expected Powertrain

The upcoming Honda Elevate facelift is expected to continue with the existing powertrain. The Elevate facelift can retain the 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder naturally aspirated i-VTEC petrol engine and 6-speed MT and 7-speed CVT options.
Along with the Elevate facelift Honda could also reveal details about the Elevate hybrid which is likely to be introduced at a later date.

Honda Elevate Facelift: Expected Price

The current iteration of the Honda Elevate is priced from Rs 11.80 lakh (ex-showroom), the facelifted version can witness a slight price bump over the existing range. However, if Honda decides to introduce a more comprehensive variant lineup with this update we can expect the Elevate to get a lower sticker price. The current Elevate lineup starts from the ‘SV’ variant.
