Maruti Suzuki Brezza Facelift Launched at Rs 7.39 Lakh, Gets Turbo-Petrol Engine, Underbody CNG and More

Maruti Suzuki has launched the 2026 Brezza facelift in India at an introductory price of Rs 7.39 lakh (ex-showroom). The updated compact SUV gets a refreshed design, a new turbo-petrol engine option, improved practicality for the CNG variant and new styling packs aimed at attracting both city buyers and family users.
Key Highlights:
  • 2026 Maruti Suzuki Brezza facelift launched at an introductory price of Rs 7.39 lakh (ex-showroom).
  • New 1.0-litre Boosterjet turbo-petrol engine introduced with a 6-speed manual gearbox.
  • CNG variant now gets an underbody tank, freeing up the full 328-litre boot space.
  • Updated SUV receives new styling packs and fresh single-tone and dual-tone colour options.
One of the biggest highlights is the introduction of an underbody-mounted CNG tank, a feature that first debuted on the Victoris. This allows the Brezza CNG to retain its full 328-litre boot space, addressing one of the biggest compromises associated with factory-fitted CNG vehicles.

Brezza Facelift: Engine and Mileage

The updated Brezza now comes with a new 1.0-litre Boosterjet three-cylinder turbo-petrol engine that produces 109bhp and 170 Nm of torque. It is paired with a new six-speed manual transmission, which makes its debut on the SUV. Maruti may introduce a six-speed automatic option at a later stage.
The existing 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine continues in the range, delivering 100bhp and 139 Nm of peak torque. It is available with either a six-speed manual or a six-speed automatic transmission. The same engine also powers the CNG version, where it develops 87 bhp and 121.5 Nm.
Maruti claims the new 1.0-litre turbo-petrol offers fuel efficiency of up to 20 kmpl, while the 1.5-litre petrol delivers a claimed 21 kmpl, making the Brezza one of the more fuel-efficient SUVs in its segment.

Brezza Facelift: Exterior

The overall silhouette remains largely unchanged, but the compact SUV receives several cosmetic updates, including triangular fog lamp inserts, gold accents on the front grille, redesigned door cladding and newly styled alloy wheels.

Brezza Facelift: Interior

Inside the cabin, it borrows several features from its larger sibling, the Victoris, such as a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system, ventilated front seats, ambient lighting, an air purifier and physical controls for the climate control system.
Other notable features include a wireless charging pad with active cooling, an electric sunroof, a redesigned HVAC control panel, and updated second-row headrests. The SUV also retains features such as a 360-degree camera and driver seat height adjustment from the previous generation.

Brezza Facelift: New Styling Packs and Colour Options

The 2026 Brezza is offered with two new accessory packs - Metroscopa and Terrascape - featuring cosmetic upgrades for both the exterior and interior.
Customers can choose from several single-tone colours, including Vivacious Orange, Lustrous Beige, Pearl Arctic White, Bluish Black, Splendid Silver, Magma Grey and Sizzling Red. Dual-tone options include Sizzling Red, Lustrous Beige, and Pearl Arctic White, each paired with a Bluish Black roof. These include new paint options introduced on the Brezza for the first time.
