New Toyota Rumion E Variant
The newly launched Rumion E variant comes with a basic set of features. On the outside, it gets projector halogen headlamps, LED tail lamps and 15-inch steel wheels with covers. The MPV also features fender-mounted turn indicators instead of ORVM-mounted units, and the door handles and outside mirrors are finished in black instead of body colour.
On the inside the cabin of the Rumion E features a dual-tone interior layout, manual air conditioning, a tilt-adjustable steering wheel and power windows for all four doors. Safety equipment includes six airbags, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control (ESP), hill-hold assist and rear parking sensors.
Compared to the S variant, the entry-level trim does not get rear AC vents, powered ORVMs, remote keyless entry, a sliding front armrest, an infotainment system with speakers, steering-mounted controls, USB and AUX connectivity, or a security alarm.
Toyota Rumion E: Powertrain
The Rumion E variant is available only with a petrol-manual powertrain. It is powered by a 1.5L 4-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine producing 101.64bhp and 139Nm of torque. However, the E variant of the Rumion is only available with a 5-speed manual transmission and there is no CNG version on offer either.
