Upcoming Mahindra XUV 7XO Pre-Bookings Begin: Here’s How To Book

Mahindra has today commenced with the pre-bookings for its upcoming SUV, the XUV 7XO, in India. The company has started accepting pre-bookings for this upcoming SUV ahead of its scheduled launch on January 5th 2026. The company had earlier teased the model earlier this month, confirming both its name and launch timeline.

Pre-bookings for the Mahindra XUV 7XO commence today at 12:00 Hrs IST on December 15th 2025. If you are also interested in the upcoming XUV 7XO then you can place your bookings either via authorised Mahindra dealerships or via the company's official website. The bookings for the same can be made for an amount of Rs 21,000.

Mahindra is going to introduce the XUV 7XO which will be offered with both petrol and diesel engine options and customers will also have a choice of manual and automatic transmissions across the range. The variant-wise details are expected to be announced closer to launch.

The XUV 7XO will replace the XUV700 in Mahindra’s SUV line-up. While it is expected to be a facelifted version of the XUV700, the change in name aligns with the company’s revised nomenclature for the XUV family. This approach was first seen with the XUV300, which was succeeded by the XUV 3XO. Now the XUV700 is going to become the second product to adopt the updated nomenclature in the lineup as XUV 7XO.

Over the past few months, test mules of the updated SUV have been spotted on Indian roads, indicating ongoing development. The teaser released by Mahindra points towards exterior design revisions, while reports suggest updates to the cabin and feature list as well. The XUV 7XO is expected to introduce a triple-screen layout, comprising a digital instrument cluster, a touchscreen infotainment system, passenger-side display and much more is expected in this update.
