VinFast is launching its VF6 and VF7 electric SUVs today in India after starting bookings in July for Rs 21,000. Both models will be locally assembled in Tamil Nadu. VinFast VF7: Variants and Specifications
The VF7 will be available in three variants: Earth, Wind and Sky. The Vinfast VF7 comes in six exterior color options and is powered by a 70.8kWh lithium iron phosphate battery with two powertrain setups:
- 204hp, 310Nm, front-wheel drive (FWD)
- 350hp, 500Nm, all-wheel drive (AWD)

The VF7 supports both 7.2kW AC and DC fast charging via CCS2. The WLTP range is rated at 450km for FWD and 431km for AWD.

- Length: 4,545mm
- Ground clearance: 190mm
- Wheels: 19-inch
- Boot capacity: 537 litres
Interior and equipment highlights include a 12.9-inch touchscreen, LED lighting, ventilated front seats, reclinable rear seats, wireless charger, dual-zone climate control, vegan leather interior, panoramic glass roof, heads-up display, seven airbags and Level 2 ADAS.
VinFast VF6: Variants and Specifications
The VF6 will be offered in two variants: Earth and Wind, with six color options. It uses a 59.6kWh battery paired with a 204hp FWD powertrain. WLTP-certified range is 480km, though Indian testing figures from ARAI or MIDC are yet to be released.
