TVS Motor Company has dropped four official teasers of the upcoming Jupiter 125 on social media. This indicates that the launch of the new Jupiter 125 scooter is imminent in the near future. The upcoming Jupiter 125 is expected to come with notable design and feature changes to keep up with the competition in an aggressive market like India.

Upcoming TVS Jupiter 125: Design Expectation

The teasers released by the company reveal a single-piece seat and a grab rail, along with a possible new Copper colour. The updated Jupiter 125 is expected to adopt several styling cues from the redesigned Jupiter 110, including a sleeker LED headlamp with integrated indicators, a full-LED tail lamp and a redesigned rear section. These changes suggest a more modern and cohesive design approach.

Upcoming TVS Jupiter 125: Expected Features

While the company has remained tight-lipped about updates to the upcoming Jupiter 125, it is however expected to sport all-black 12-inch alloy wheels, telescopic front forks, a front disc brake and a rear drum brake along with utility features such as a front fuel filler cap, a two-litre glovebox, USB charging port and ample under-seat storage.

The Jupiter is among the most popular scooters in the country and it is expected to get new age features like a fully digital instrument cluster with connectivity features, turn-by-turn navigation with voice assist, SMS and call alerts and much more.

Upcoming TVS Jupiter 125: Expected Powertrain

While the upcoming Jupiter is expected to boast significant design and features updates, however on the mechanical front it is expected to retain the existing 124.8cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine which churns out 8 bhp and 10.5 Nm of torque along with its iGO Assist variant which produces 8.44 bhp and 11.1 Nm of torque.

Upcoming TVS Jupiter 125: Expected Price

The upcoming Jupiter 125 is expected to get new features and updates and is also expected to get a price bump. The current model ranges from Rs 80,640 to Rs 91,821 (ex-showroom) and the upcoming model can be priced Rs 5,000 to 10,000 over the existing model. Following its launch the new Jupiter 125 will compete with the likes of Honda Activa 125, Hero Destini 125, Yamaha Fascino, Suzuki Access 125 and other scooters in the segment.
