Scorpio-N, Thar, XUV700, Thar Roxx And Other Drive Mahindra’s Sales Up By Over 18 Percent In June 2025

Indian automaker Mahindra has been on a growth spree in the Indian market for the past few years, owing to the success of its new age SUVs. Today the company has shared its monthly sales report for June 2025 which indicates positive growth in year-on-year monthly car sales. Sharing this update the company revealed that it managed to sell a total of over forty eight thousand units of passenger vehicles last month with over forty seven thousand units sold domestically. The company also posted a solid growth in passenger vehicle exports for the same period.

In June 2025 Mahindra managed to sell a total of 48,329 units of passenger vehicles (including PVs sold domestically plus exports from India). This sales figure indicates a growth in year-on-year total monthly passenger vehicle sales by 7,685 units which further translates into 18.90 percent increase in year-on-year total monthly passenger vehicle sales. In June 2024 Mahindra posted a total passenger vehicle sales of 40,644 units.

In June 2025 Mahindra managed to sell 47,306 units of passenger vehicles in the domestic market. This sales figure indicates a year-on-year growth in monthly domestic passenger vehicles sales by 7,284 units which further translates into 18.91 percent rise in year-on-year monthly domestic passenger vehicle sales. In June 2024 Mahindra posted a domestic passenger vehicle sales of 40,022 units.

In June 2025 Mahindra exported 1,023 units of passenger vehicles from India. This indicates a year-on-year rise in monthly passenger vehicle exports by 401 units which further translates into an astonishing 64.46 percent growth in year-on-year monthly passenger vehicle exports. In June 2024 Mahindra exported 622 units of passenger vehicles.

Nalinikanth Gollagunta, CEO, Automotive Division, M&M Ltd., “In June, we achieved SUV sales of 47,306 units, a growth of 18%, and total vehicle sales of 78,969 units, a 14% growth compared to the same month last year. The quarter ended on a very positive note for us, marking the highest quarter ever for SUVs.”
