Porsche Cayenne and Cayenne Coupe Black Editions Launched in India: Price, Powertrain, Design and more
Porsche has introduced the Cayenne and Cayenne Coupe Black Edition in India. These models feature distinctive blacked-out elements, including wheels and exhaust finishes, with a primary color option of Chromite Black Metallic. Inside, they boast an all-black theme with premium features such as black leather seats and a Bose audio system. Both editions retain the standard 3.0L V6 turbo-petrol engine, delivering 353 bhp and 500 Nm of torque.

Porsche has launched the Cayenne Black Edition and Cayenne Coupe Black Edition in India. The Cayenne Black Edition is priced at Rs 1.8 crore, while the Cayenne Coupe Black Edition is priced at Rs 1.87 crore (ex-showroom). Compared to the standard Cayenne priced at Rs 1.49 crore and the Cayenne Coupe at Rs 1.55 crore, the Black Editions carry a premium of Rs 31 lakh and Rs 32 lakh respectively.
Design and Features
Both models feature blacked-out elements across the body. These include the headlights, outside rear view mirrors, badges, and side window trim. They also get 21-inch RS Spyder alloy wheels and a dark bronze finish for the exhaust pipes. LED puddle lamps are part of the standard package.
The primary paint option for the Black Editions is Chromite Black Metallic. Other available colours include White, Carrara White Metallic, Dolomite Silver Metallic, Quartzite Grey Metallic, Carmine Red, and Cashmere Beige Metallic. Prices for these colour options start from Rs 7.30 lakh, while paint choices under Porsche’s Exclusive Manufaktur division start at Rs 20.13 lakh.
Inside, both models come with an all-black theme. Standard features include black leather seats, brushed aluminium accents, illuminated door sills, 14-way power-adjustable front seats, a panoramic sunroof, steering wheel, and a 710W Bose audio system with 14 speakers. These features are also offered on the standard Cayenne and Cayenne Coupe.
Powertrain
The Cayenne Black Edition and Cayenne Coupe Black Edition continue with the same engine as the standard variants. Both use a 3.0L V6 turbo-petrol engine that produces 348 bhp and 500 Nm of torque, paired with an 8-speed torque converter automatic gearbox.
