Toyota Glanza Prestige Edition Launched In India, Lineup Updated With 6-Airbags As Standard
Toyota has launched the Glanza Prestige Edition in India, priced starting at Rs 6.90 lakh, available until July 31, 2025. This limited-time model features a Prestige Package, including various accessories like door visors and chrome accents. Additionally, safety has been enhanced with the inclusion of 6 airbags as standard across all variants, addressing the growing focus on occupant safety. The Glanza, based on the Baleno, offers a 1.2L engine with options for petrol and CNG, alongside two transmission choices.

Toyota Glanza Prestige Edition
Toyota has introduced the Glanza Prestige Edition in India today with a starting ex-showroom price tag of Rs 6.90 lakh. This new edition from the company is being offered for a limited time period with the Prestige Package, it is available till July 31st 2025. This model gets a bundle of accessories that include - door visors, rear lamp garnish, lower grille garnish, rear skid plate, illuminated door sills, chrome garnish for fenders and ORVMs along with body side molding with chrome and black accents.
Updated Safety
With this the company has also announced that it has updated the safety features of the Glanza with the inclusion of 6-airbags, which are now being offered as standard across all variants. Since in-car safety for occupants have taken centre stage in the domestic market, this inclusion will increase the peace of mind for potential buyers.
Toyota Glanza
The Glanza is a premium hatchback which is based on the Baleno and is a byproduct of the association between Toyota and Maruti Suzuki. It is offered in an ex-showroom price range of Rs 6.90 lakh to Rs 9.99 lakh. It is offered with a 1.2L 4-cyl NA petrol engine which churns out 88.50 bhp and 113 Nm of torque. This engine comes with two transmission options - the 5-speed MT and the 5-speed AMT. It is available with petrol and CNG options.
