The development of the Black Badge Spectre was influenced by extensive analysis of anonymized driving data from existing Black Badge clients. This data revealed a preference for short bursts of maximum power, leading engineers to incorporate features like the "Infinity Mode." Activated via a button on the steering wheel, this mode provides direct throttle response and full power output. Black Badge Spectre also features "Spirited Mode" that provides instant acceleration, it temporarily enhance the torque output to 1075 Nm that help the car go from ) to 97 kmph in 4.1 seconds.

The Rolls Royce Black Badge Spectre features a new exterior color: Vapour Violet, inspired by the neon lights of the 1980s and 1990s club culture. The vehicle features a darkened aesthetic with a blackened Pantheon Grille surround, Spirit of Ecstasy emblem and other exterior elements. On the Inside, the car offers illuminated fascia and treadplates, along with a Technical Fibre finish, providing a modern and vibrant interior environment.
