Xiaomi Motors has introduced the SU7 Ultra prototype, signaling its entry into the high-performance electric vehicle market. The company aims to set a new record for the fastest four-door electric vehicle at the Nürburgring within the next decade.
The SU7 Ultra is a high performance version of its other sibling the standard SU7, featuring a longer, wider and lower body to enhance aerodynamics and stability.

In the SU7 Ultra there are Xiaomi V8s electric motors that delivers 1527 bhp. This power is complemented by a CATL Kirin II high-power battery pack, ensuring sustained high performance without frequent recharging. The braking system features racing-grade AP Racing brake calipers, pads and discs.
The SU7 Ultra's performance metrics: It accelerates from 0 to 100 kmph in just 1.97 seconds, from 0 to 200 kmph in 5.96 seconds and from 0 to 300 kmph in flat 15 seconds. The top speed is more than 350 kmph. The prototype's body panels are made from carbon fiber, significantly reducing its weight to 1900kg, lighter than many conventional ICE (Internal Combustion Engine) vehicles of similar size.
Xiaomi has also focused on maximizing downforce. The car's aerodynamic kit includes a prominent rear wing, front splitter and diffuser, generating 2145 kg of downforce at 350 kmph.
