Honda QC3 vs TVS iQube Spec Comparison: What’s Different?

Honda has launched QC3 electric scooter in India at an ex-showroom price of Rs 1.35 lakh.

The TVS iQube starts at Rs 1.11 lakh (ex-showroom) and goes up to Rs 1.76 lakh (ex-showroom) for the ST variant.

The exact dimensions of the Q3 have not yet been revealed.

The TVS iQube measures 1,805mm in length, 645mm in width, 1,140mm in height and has a wheelbase spanning 1,301mm. The scooter has saddle height of 770mm, ground clearance of 157mm and a weight of 116 to 132 kg.

The Honda QC3 gets a 3.0kWh battery pack and has a claimed IDC range of 145km on a single charge. Honda says the battery can be charged from 0 to 80 percent in around 2 hours and 40 minutes, while a full charge takes about four hours. The battery is positioned below the floorboard, following the conventional layout seen on most electric scooters.

The TVS iQube is offered with a wider choice of battery packs, ranging from 2.2kWh to 5.3kWh. The entry-level 2.2kWh version has a claimed IDC range of 94km, while the 3.1kWh and 3.5kWh versions offer up to 123km. The iQube S gets a larger 4.7kWh battery with a claimed range of 175km and is paired with a 950W charger. The range-topping iQube ST uses a 5.3kWh battery and offers a claimed IDC range of up to 212km.

The Honda QC3 comes with 32 litres of under-seat storage and gets a 5-inch TFT instrument console. It also features Honda RoadSync connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation and a smart key.

The TVS iQube offers connected features through the company's SmartXonnect platform. Depending on the variant, it gets either a 5-inch or 7-inch TFT display. Features include turn-by-turn navigation, incoming call alerts, Q-Park Assist, live vehicle tracking, safety notifications and crash alerts. The iQube also offers up to 32 litres of under-seat storage and comes with all-LED lighting.
