The Honda ZR-V measures 4,567mm in length, 1,840mm in width, 1,621mm in height and has a wheelbase spanning 2,655mm. The hybrid SUV has seating capacity for five people.

The Skoda Kodiaq measures 4,758mm in length, 1,864mm in width, 1,659mm in height and has a wheelbase spanning 2,791mm. The SUV is available in both 5-seater and 7-seater configurations.

The Honda ZR-V is powered by a 2.0-litre Atkinson-cycle petrol engine paired with a dual-motor e:HEV strong hybrid system and an e-CVT automatic transmission. The hybrid setup produces a combined 181bhp and 315Nm of torque. Honda claims the SUV delivers a fuel efficiency of 22.8 km/l and can sprint from 0-100 km/h in 7.9 seconds. The system automatically switches between Electric Drive, Hybrid Drive, and Engine Drive modes to optimise performance and efficiency.

The Skoda Kodiaq is powered by a 2.0-litre TSI turbo-petrol engine that develops 201bhp and 320Nm of peak torque. It is paired with a 7-speed DSG dual-clutch automatic transmission, while all-wheel drive (AWD) comes as standard. Skoda claims an ARAI-certified fuel efficiency of 14.86 km/l for the SUV.

The Honda ZR-V comes with a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster and a 12-speaker Bose audio system. It gets an 8-way power-adjustable driver's seat with memory function, a 4-way power-adjustable front passenger seat, dual-zone climate control, a wireless phone charger, ambient lighting, push-button gear selectors and a gesture-controlled powered tailgate.

The Skoda Kodiaq offers a 13-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, paired with a 10.25-inch virtual instrument cluster and a Head-Up Display (HUD). It also gets three physical rotary smart dials, electrically adjustable front seats with heating, ventilation and massage functions, tri-zone climate control, dual wireless phone chargers and a 13-speaker CANTON audio system with a dedicated subwoofer.

The Honda ZR-V comes equipped with the Honda SENSING suite, which includes Collision Mitigation Braking, Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keeping Assist, and Road Departure Mitigation. It also offers 8 airbags, a 360-degree camera, front and rear parking sensors, and Hill Descent Control.

The Skoda Kodiaq is equipped with a Level 2 ADAS suite on the Sportline, Laurin & Klement (L&K), and RS variants. Its safety package includes Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keep Assist, Blind Spot Detection (Side Assist), Front Collision Warning with Autonomous Emergency Braking, Rear Traffic Alert, and Exit Warning.
