Aprilia SXR GT 175: Engine

The larger SXR GT 175 uses a 174.7cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine. It develops 13.09bhp and 14.14Nm of torque.
The additional torque gives the 175cc version a higher performance output than the SXR GT 125. It is also likely to be the more suitable option for riders who regularly carry a pillion or use the scooter for longer rides.

Aprilia SXR GT: Design

The new SXR GT models retain the maxi-scooter design language seen on the SXR range. The overall styling remains familiar, with revised graphics and new colour options differentiating the latest versions.
The SXR GT 125 and SXR GT 175 get 14-inch wheels. The 14-inch wheels are among the key changes and also give the scooters a different stance compared with the earlier SXR models. Both scooters use a telescopic front fork and a hydraulic rear shock absorber with five-step adjustment. Braking duties are carried out by a 220mm front disc and a 140mm rear drum. The SXR GT 125 gets CBS, while the SXR GT 175 comes with ABS.
