The V-Class offers multiple seating configurations, including six, seven, and eight-seat options. This flexibility caters to different passenger needs, whether for families or chauffeur-driven luxury. Higher-spec versions may include features like electrically adjustable seats with ventilation and massage functions, enhancing comfort for passengers. The focus on rear-seat comfort aligns with the luxury positioning of the V-Class.
The VLE features a sleek and aerodynamic design with star-shaped DRLs and a unique grille. In contrast, the V-Class focuses more on a traditional luxury MPV look with a larger emphasis on rear-seat comfort. The VLE's design incorporates elements from the Vision V concept, aiming for a modern aesthetic that appeals to both families and mobility service operators.
The VLE is expected to have a WLTP range exceeding 500 km for its most efficient versions. It will be available with battery options ranging from 90 kWh to 120 kWh, supporting DC fast charging up to 350 kW. This makes it suitable for both urban commuting and longer trips, addressing the needs of families and mobility service providers.
The V-Class will be available with both petrol and diesel engine options. The petrol version features a hybrid setup with a 2.0L engine producing 228 bhp, while the diesel variant generates up to 233 bhp. Both engines are paired with a 9-speed automatic transmission, providing a smooth driving experience while ensuring compliance with Bharat Stage VI emission norms.
The V-Class is equipped with advanced safety features, including seven airbags, Active Distance Assist, Lane Keeping Assist, and Blind Spot Assist. It also includes a Parking Package with a 360-degree camera system and ultrasonic sensors, enhancing driver awareness and safety during maneuvers. These features make the V-Class a safe choice for luxury travel.
