Mini JCW Countryman ALL4 Bookings to Open in India Ahead of Its Launch on October 14

Mini India to open pre-launch bookings for the new John Cooper Works (JCW) Countryman ALL4 from 22 September 2025 at 12:00 hrs through its official website. The SUV is scheduled to launch in India on 14 October 2025. Unlike that model, the new JCW will be powered by a petrol engine, making it the only internal combustion variant in the Countryman range for the Indian market.

Mini Countryman JCW: Engine and Performance

The Countryman JCW houses a 2.0L, four-cylinder, turbo-petrol engine that produces 296 bhp and 400Nm of torque paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox and an all-wheel-drive system. Mini claims that the SUV can accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in 5.4 seconds. For comparison, the regular Countryman All4 sold in overseas markets comes with a 2.0L petrol engine producing 215hp, which is 81 bhp less than the JCW variant.

Mini Countryman JCW: Exterior

On the outside, the JCW model will feature a sport-oriented body kit. Design elements include a black-finished grille with a chequered-flag pattern, larger bumper air intakes with red detailing, new alloy wheels, red brake calipers and a John Cooper Works badge on the C-pillar. At the rear section adds a two-tone bumper, a roof spoiler and quad exhaust outlets.

Mini Countryman JCW: Interior

Inside, the Countryman JCW will carry forward the same dashboard design as the standard version but will include red accents, contrast stitching, ambient lighting and metal-finish pedals. The infotainment screen will feature JCW-specific graphics to distinguish it from the regular model.

Mini Countryman JCW: Expected Pricing

It is unclear if the Countryman JCW in India will also be offered in limited numbers, like the Electric JCW Pack that was restricted to 20 units. Prices are expected to be around Rs 70 lakh (ex-showroom).
