Mini JCW Countryman All4 to Launch in India Tomorrow, Here’s What to Expect
Mini is preparing to unveil the John Cooper Works (JCW) Countryman All4 performance SUV on October 14. This model features a 2.0L turbo-petrol engine generating 296 bhp and 400Nm of torque, enabling a 0-100 km/h acceleration in 5.4 seconds. Compared to the standard Countryman, which produces 212 bhp, the JCW variant offers significantly enhanced performance. The SUV will showcase distinct design elements, including a sporty color scheme and upgraded interior features, with an expected starting price of Rs 70 lakh. Production will be limited.

British legacy automaker Mini is set to launch the performance edition of its SUV, the John Cooper Works (JCW) Countryman All4, on October 14. Additionally, the car is powered by a 2.0L, four-cylinder, turbo-petrol engine that produces 296 bhp and 400Nm of torque paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox and an all-wheel-drive system.
The company claims that the SUV can accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in 5.4 seconds. For comparison, the regular Countryman All4 sold in overseas markets comes with a 2.0L petrol engine producing 212 bhp, which is 81 bhp less than the JCW variant.

The Mini JCW Countryman All4 is expected to boast signature John Cooper Works black colour with red stripes, adding to its performance orientation. The SUV is expected to boast design elements including a black-finished grille with a chequered-flag pattern, larger bumper air intakes with red detailing, new alloy wheels, red brake callipers and a John Cooper Works badge on the C-pillar. At the rear section, the JCW Countryman All4 adds a two-tone bumper, a roof spoiler and quad exhaust outlets.

On the interior, the Mini JCW Countryman All4 is expected to sport the same dashboard design as the standard version. However, the SUV is expected to boast a few signature elements, including red accents, contrast stitching, ambient lighting, and metal-finish pedals. In addition to that, the infotainment screen will feature JCW-specific graphics to distinguish it from the regular model.

The ex-showroom price of the Mini JCW Countryman All4 is expected to start at Rs 70 lakh. However, the SUV will be a limited-edition car with only a few cars set to be produced, while the electric iteration of the JCW Countryman is expected to be limited to only 20 models.
