Audi has opened bookings for the all-new Q3 in India, ahead of its launch during the 2026 festive season. The third-generation luxury SUV brings a completely new design, a more spacious cabin and additional technology compared to the outgoing model. Customers can book the new Q3 for a token amount of Rs 1 lakh through the Audi India website, myAudi connect app or authorised Audi dealerships.
Key Highlights:
  • Audi has opened bookings for the third-generation Q3 in India
  • Booking amount set at Rs 1 lakh
  • New Q3 gets a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine with 200 bhp and 320 Nm
  • Expected to be priced between Rs 46 lakh and Rs 52 lakh
The new Q3 is an important launch for Audi in India and will be followed by the A5 sedan and Q9 SUV as part of the company's product plans for the next 12 months.

New Audi Q3: Exterior Design

The third-generation Audi Q3 gets a major design update, bringing it in line with the brand's latest SUV models. Up front, it features a new grille positioned lower on the nose, along with full-LED daytime running lights and contrast-coloured bumper elements.
The SUV gets 18-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, body-coloured door handles and ORVMs. At the rear, the highlights include an illuminated Audi logo, a connected LED light bar and newly designed tail lamps featuring individual LED elements.

Audi Q3: Interior and Features

Inside, the new Q3 gets a more modern dashboard with dual digital screens angled towards the driver. The cabin also features a new steering wheel and centre console with chrome elements.
The feature list is expected to include a panoramic sunroof, powered front seats, multi-zone climate control and Level 2 ADAS. A 360-degree camera with an auto-park function will also be available.
Audi has revealed only one interior colour combination at this stage, although more options are expected to be offered when the SUV goes on sale.
The new Q3 has also grown considerably compared to the outgoing model. Its length and wheelbase have increased by around 100mm, which should result in more cabin and passenger space.

New Audi Q3: Engine and Gearbox

The India-spec Audi Q3 will be powered by a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine developing 200bhp and 320Nm. The engine will be paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox.
Audi will offer its quattro all-wheel-drive system as standard, giving the Q3 an advantage for buyers looking for an SUV with all-wheel-drive capability.

Audi Q3: Expected Price and Rivals

The new Audi Q3 is expected to be priced between Rs 46 lakh and Rs 52 lakh (ex-showroom) when it goes on sale in India.
Its key rivals will include the Mercedes-Benz GLA, BMW X1 LWB, BMW 2 Series Gran Coupe and Mini Countryman. The SUV could also attract buyers considering larger premium SUVs such as the Volkswagen Tayron, Skoda Kodiaq, Toyota Fortuner and MG Majestor.
With the new Q3 entering the market, competition in India's entry-level luxury SUV segment is set to become more intense.
