Royal Enfield Rough Crafts x Shotgun 650: Design
The Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts is inspired by the 'Caliber Royale' custom motorcycle created by Taiwanese custom house Rough Crafts using the Shotgun 650 as its base. The custom build made its public debut at EICMA 2025 before being showcased at Royal Enfield Motoverse later that year.
The production model retains the custom motorcycle's visual identity with a dual-tone Gloss Jet Black and Matt Stealth Black finish, complemented by Gold Leaf striping and subtle grey graphics. It also gets a cast brass collaboration badge and unique numbering on the fuel tank.
Royal Enfield Rough Crafts x Shotgun 650: Features
In addition to the exclusive paint scheme, the limited-edition motorcycle comes equipped with black bar-end mirrors, a quilted leather seat, contrast-cut alloy wheels and gold-finished upside-down fork inner tubes. Owners will also receive a numbered gold-on-black artwork featuring the Caliber Royale sketch, designed and signed by Rough Crafts founder Winston Yeh.
Royal Enfield Rough Crafts x Shotgun 650: Engine & Suspension
Mechanically, the limited-edition motorcycle remains unchanged from the standard Shotgun 650. It continues to be powered by Royal Enfield's 648cc parallel-twin, air/oil-cooled engine paired with a six-speed gearbox. The motorcycle retains the same chassis, suspension and braking setup as the regular model.
