Skoda Peaq Electric 7-Seater SUV Interior Sketches Revealed Ahead of Global Debut on June 23

Czech automaker Skoda has released the first official sketches of the interior of its upcoming all-electric SUV, the Peaq. The Skoda Peaq electric is set to become the company’s new flagship SUV. The Peaq is a seven-seater all-electric SUV from Skoda which is scheduled to make its global debut on June 23rd 2026. Earlier this month the automaker also revealed the exterior sketches of this SUV.

The newly released design previews showcase a cabin focused on space, practicality and digital functionality. Skoda says the interior has been developed around a lounge-inspired layout, combining clean design surfaces with a user-friendly interface.

The interior sketches of the Peaq shared by the company, depicts that the interior of this SUV adopts what Skoda calls the "Lodge" concept. The cabin features textile-based surfaces paired with sturdier tactile elements to create a contrast between comfort and durability. Skoda also claims that the materials have been selected to withstand everyday family use while maintaining a premium feel.

The design sketches indicate a minimalist dashboard layout with a large central infotainment display and a reduced number of visual distractions. The overall architecture focuses on creating an open and airy environment for occupants across all three rows.

Unlike several new-generation EVs that rely heavily on touchscreen controls, the Peaq will continue to offer physical buttons for key functions. Skoda says the SUV's new UX and UI philosophy combines conventional controls with a central touchscreen to improve usability while driving.

The Peaq is considered to be the production version of the Vision 7S concept which was first showcased back in 2022. The Peaq is expected to be built on Volkswagen Group's MEB architecture, the model is expected to offer seating for up to seven occupants and a claimed driving range of over 600 km on a single charge.

Skoda has previously confirmed that the Peaq will sit above the Enyaq in its electric vehicle lineup and will introduce the latest evolution of the brand's Modern Solid design language.
